Personalized Products
Customized products such as:
- Custom Mugs
- Photo Frames
- LED Lamps
- Wallets
- Keychains
- Personalized Gifts
are specially created according to customer-provided photos, names, messages, and design instructions.
Therefore:
❌ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or personal preference
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Packaging Photos
- Short Description of the Issue
After verification, we may offer:
✅ Replacement Product
✅ Partial Refund
✅ Full Refund (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer
Personalized products
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once customization or printing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time:
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–7 Business Days
- Debit/Credit Card: 5–10 Business Days
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
Customers may be asked to provide valid payment details
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect address provided by customer
KPN HUB will not be responsible for refund requests related to these circumstances.
